The following is an official press release from Upslope Brewing:
(Boulder, CO) – Originally introduced as part of Upslope Brewing Company’s Mix Box variety 12-pack earlier this spring, the global spiced inspired Thai Style White IPA is now available for purchase in six packs as part of their Limited Release series. Taking the place of the Thai IPA in the Mix Box will be the off-season Limited Release Foreign Style Stout.
“After a successful launch in our Mix Box, the craft beer public has spoken—we’re excited to roll the Thai IPA into our Limited Release six pack lineup,” said Upslope Founder, Matt Cutter. “We’ll complete the off-season Limited Release rotation in our Mix Box with an early taste of our smooth and roasty Foreign Style Stout.”
Both Limited Release styles available at the same time offer Upslope fans two completely different, yet exceptionally palatable, experiences. The Thai IPA, brewed using Belgian Wit yeast, is infused with spices and juicy citrus notes from the hops for a light bodied, refreshing 6.5% ABV ale. On the other hand, the full bodied, 6.9% ABV Foreign Style Stout offers remarkably smooth and well-balanced roast flavors that are neither too sweet nor too dry.
Look for Thai IPA six packs on shelves in Colorado now and in Texas, Wyoming and Arizona in the coming weeks. The new Mix Box lineup featuring three cans of the Foreign Style Stout will hit liquor store shelves the second week of August.
